Our building inspections are conducted to meet and exceed Australian standard AS 4349.1 – 2007 we believe our reports are the one of the best on the market ask for a free sample.

At Malthouse Building Inspections we use the latest electronic technology to see things the human eye can’t. Our comprehensive easy to read same day reports with colour photos will give you a very clear picture of the property you are looking at and leave you confident in the decision you are making. We have over 18 years’ experience in the building and maintenance industry, so we have seen it all.

We are fully insured Having $4 million dollars professional indemnity insurance and $10 million dollars public liability insurance we won’t need it but it’s good to know you are covered. We are also members of HIA (housing industry association) and SPASA (swimming pool and spa association).

If you can’t attend the inspection, we will ring you from site with a run down on the inspection.
