Our building inspections are conducted to meet Australian standard AS 4349.1 – 2007.

Our comprehensive reports are 50-60 pages long with color  photos so you get a very clear picture of the property you are looking at and provide you with a copy in 24 hours. We will also call you from site and give you brief run down off the property. When attending an open inspection from an agent you only get half an hour I can spend as long as I want there going over every inch of the house leaving no stone unturned.

We have over 18 years experience in the building and maintenance industry so we have seen it all.

At Malthouse Building Inspections we use the latest electronic technology to see things the human eye cant.

We are fully insured Having $4 million dollars professional indemnity insurance and $10 million dollars public liability insurance. We are also members of HIA (housing industry association) and SPASA (swimming pool and spa association) .

We have both male and female inspectors and have some of the highest police checks available for your peace of mind.
